Problem with jfw and winamp.

My version of jfw, version 5.0, with the latest update, crashes when ever I try to use winamp, causing me to restart the program again. Jfw, not
winamp. It just doesn't let me use the keystrokes such as z, x, c, v, b, n, and anything to do with single key input. I've had to restart jfw every time I
use winamp, and I need help. Is there anything I can customize, to fix the problem? Thanks. I'm using the classic skin, but it still crashes... Damwmwmwmwmwmnwnwnwnwn! If you're using jfw or window eyes, that should sound pretty funny.

Hi. Have you tried a repair on jaws? This is a strange problem so a repair is all I can suggest.

Hey

I switched from Winamp to Foobar 2000. It acts like Winamp but works a lot better, main key strokes are
C for start and paus
Z for stop
v for foward one track .. shift-v for going back .. arrow keys can be use for skipping.
I've had no problems and another good thing is that it does not always switch focus to the Foobar Window when you press enter on a song to play it, only the first time you're opening Foobar does it do that.
You can type in foobar 2000 on google and take any of the download links.
This is just an idea but I'm a big fan of this player since installing it a month ago.
I use Jaws 5.1 an I've used 4.5 sucessfully too.

Ok, that's good, because I hate having to pay for things if I can't help it. I've solved that problem with winamp, and I've found out the source of it.

I've found that I am able to use those keystrokes if I have more then one winamp window opened. I just ctrl tab between them, and all's right with the functionality! Yes's's's's's's's'z'z'z'z'z'z'z'z's's's's's's's's's's's's! Translation: Yes!

well thats a weird strange problem. Try re-compiling winamp scripts... well I know you have it solved. And, can you stop spannnmnmnmnmnmnmnmmnmnmnmnmnmnmnmnmmnmnmnming like thadddththththththddddthththt? welhlhlhlhlhlhlhllhlhlhlhlhlhl I sometimes do it too, but it cluththththhthterhrhrhrhhrs up the website so well, just a comment.
